One of the biggest feelings of defeat is when you have a "target date" arrive and you're not even close to where you wanted to be, because you got tired of trying and quit. Even if you were halfway to where you wanted to be, it would feel better than it feels to be nowhere close. You can't help but question yourself - where would I be if I had just stayed the course. The same general principle applies to slow progress. If you only lose half a pound a week, that equals 25 pounds over the course of a year.
"If you are considering working with Rachel I can say from a great experience – do it. She is very kind and she really cares for the health of the people she is working with. Above all she really knows what she is doing in regard to nutrition. I have said this before to you but thanks Rachel – I could not be doing this without you!"
"I am a mother of two small children, work full time and have a husband who works crazy shifts as a firefighter. I do not have lots of time and money to spend on expensive foods and exhaustive exercise routines. With Rachel's help, I was able to lose 36 pounds and 28 inches without ever managing to find time for exercise. "
